在高效液相色谱流动相体系及条件下,测定了含氯消毒片中三氯异氰尿酸含量,以乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(5 mmol/L K2HPO4+5 mmol/L KH2PO4)(5:95)为流动相,紫外检测器,检测波长为213 nm,对试样进行液相色谱分离和测定。试验结果表明:该方法简便快速,结果重现性好,定量准确;其准确度、精密度、线性关系也较好。
The contents of trichloroisocyanuric acid in chlorinated disinfectant tablets were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (5 mmol / L K2HPO4 + 5 mmol / L KH2PO4) ) As mobile phase, UV detector, detection wavelength of 213 nm, the sample was separated by liquid chromatography and determination. The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, reproducible and accurate. The accuracy, precision and linearity of the method are also good.
