植物激素的相互作用曾有过不少的报导,如生长素使燕麦胚芽鞘弯曲或使胚芽鞘切段垂直生长的作用,可由脱落酸抵消。赤霉素诱导α—淀粉酶和其他水解酶(如蛋白酶、核糖核酸等)在大麦糊粉细胞中的合成,也被脱落酸所抑制。植物激素之间有的表现出抵消效应,有的则表现出协同增效效应。但至今很少见到植物激素、植物生长调节剂与微量元素之间相互作用的报导。本文就新型植物生长调节剂——三十烷醇(TRIA)与微量元素——稀土(简称RE)之间的协同增效效应作一报导。
Interactions of plant hormones have been reported quite a few times, such as the effect of auxin on oval coleoptile bending or vertical growth of coleoptile cuttings, which can be counteracted by abscisic acid. Gibberellin-induced synthesis of α-amylase and other hydrolases (eg, proteases, ribonucleic acids, etc.) in barley aleurone cells is also inhibited by abscisic acid. Some plant hormones show offsetting effects, while others show synergistic effects. However, seldom seen so far reports of the interaction between plant hormones, plant growth regulators and trace elements. In this paper, we report the synergistic effect between TRIA and trace element RE (RE), a new plant growth regulator.
