根据操纵式条件反射 ,采用 MG- 2型迷宫装置 ,测定药物对大鼠学习记忆的影响 ,大白鼠按组分别腹腔注射东莨菪碱、山莨菪碱、阿托品和生理盐水 (2 mg/ kg) ,实验结果显示 :东莨菪碱可造成大鼠学习获得障碍 (P<0 .0 1)。用脑脉舒宁提取液每日 10 ml/ kg(1ml相当于生药 0 .5g) ,连续给大鼠灌胃 ,1周后再给予东莨菪碱。结果证明 :脑脉舒宁可显著改善后者所致的学习障碍 ,有促进学习获得的作用 (P<0 .0 5)。对正常动物 ,脑脉舒宁虽可减少错误率 ,但无显著性差异
According to conditioned conditioned reflex, a MG-2 maze was used to determine the effect of drugs on learning and memory in rats. Rats were given intraperitoneal injection of scopolamine, anisodamine, atropine, and normal saline (2 mg/kg) according to the experimental results. Show: Scopolamine can cause learning disabilities in rats (P < 0.01). The daily volume of 10 ml/kg (1 ml equivalent to crude drug 0.5 g) was given to the rats with Naomai Shuning extract, and scopolamine was given 1 week later. The results showed that: Naomaishuning can significantly improve the learning disability caused by the latter, and has the effect of promoting learning (P<0.05). For normal animals, Naomasu Shuning can reduce the error rate, but there is no significant difference.
