近年来,我国的出口贸易屡屡遭受“绿色贸易壁垒”的打击,出口产品常常因为不符合进口国的环保标准、技术标准、包装标签标准、相关认证要求而被禁运、销毁或征收高额关税,给我国对外贸易带来了严峻的挑战。不仅如此,我国落后的环境技术标准也为发达国家污染严重的产业与产品的进入创造了条件。这样就造成了我国在环境与贸易两方面的双重损失。因此,建立适合我国国情的绿色贸易壁垒法律体系迫在眉睫。

This has caused our country’s double losses in both environment and trade. Therefore, establishing a legal system of green trade barriers that suits our national conditions is imminent.
