在当前房地产行业竞争日益激烈、众多企业因为决策、政策等原因纷纷陷入销售瓶颈期,从而引发破产、收购、兼并的大背景下。作为房地产行业中的国有企业,应冷静思考,客观、全面的分析引发销售瓶颈的原因,结合企业及市场实际,制定针对性措施,突破国有企业销售瓶颈,实现企业理想的经营业绩,使得国有企业在市场竞争中增强自身竞争力、获得长足发展。
