在素质教育深度发展的今天,许多学校已经开始重视起体育教育的作用。学生良好的身体素质是学生学习的基础,但在如今的学校里,学生面临各种学习和家庭压力,学生能够在课外参与到体育锻炼的机会越来越少,从而不断形成恶性循环。如何使学生在保证学习成绩和学习能力不下降的情况下,还能够保证正常进行体育锻炼的机会,这个问题已经成为我国许多研究人员正在研究的目标。本文主要介绍在如今需要素质教育的形式下,我国学校在进行体育教育的过程中,要如何实现学生自我锻炼能力的培养,也促进学生身体和心理双层次的健康发展,从而提出切实可行的培养方法,来实现学校学生自我锻炼能力的提升。
In the depth development of quality education today, many schools have begun to attach importance to the role of physical education. Good physical fitness is the foundation of student learning. However, in today’s school, students face a variety of learning and family stress, and students have less and less chance of participating in physical exercise after class, thus creating a vicious cycle. This article mainly introduces how to realize the students ’self-training ability in the process of physical education in our country under the form of the quality education nowadays, and to promote the students’ physical and psychological double-level healthy development, Training methods to achieve the improvement of self-exercise ability of school students.
