对淀粉微球在人工体液中的降解进行了探讨。结果表明,淀粉微球的降解速率比可溶性淀粉慢,并且其降解速率随着微球粒径的减小而加快;淀粉微球在人工胃液中的降解速率明显比在人工肠液中慢;在人工肠液中降解6h以内,微球可基本维持其骨架结构,粒径变化不大,降解6~24h,主要表现为微球球形结构的崩解;微球结构淀粉的降解速率远远快于交联结构淀粉的降解速率。
The degradation of starch microspheres in artificial body fluid was discussed. The results showed that the degradation rate of starch microspheres was slower than that of soluble starch, and the degradation rate of starch microspheres accelerated with the decrease of microsphere size. The degradation rate of starch microspheres in artificial gastric juice was obviously slower than that in artificial intestinal juice. The degradation of microspheres within 6h, the microspheres can basically maintain its skeleton structure, the particle size does not change much, degradation 6 ~ 24h, mainly for the microsphere spherical structure disintegration; microspheres starch degradation rate much faster than the crosslinking Degradation rate of structural starch.
