目的:全面、快速阐明复方中药治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的化学组成。方法:采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的化学成分进行快速表征、鉴定,并尝试使用其特征指纹图谱进行质量控制。结果:对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸进行超声波辅助结合低温冻提,采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE对其醇提物中多种化合物进行分析,从中鉴定了35个化合物。在此基础上,以紫外谱图的24个共有峰建立了治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的指纹图谱,并对不同批次滴丸进行了相似度分析,表明不同批次治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的质量差异较小。结论:本方法对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸化学成分的快速鉴定及质量控制奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively and quickly elucidate the chemical composition of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Cough Chuanbei loquat drop pills. Methods: The chemical constituents of Zhikukuanbei loquat drop pills were rapidly characterized and identified by UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE, and their quality fingerprints were used for quality control. Results: Zhicuobeibai loquat dripping pills were sonicated and cryopreserved by UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE. The compounds were identified by HPLC. Among them, 35 compounds were identified. On this basis, the fingerprints of Zhikukuanbei loquat drop pills were established based on the 24 common peaks of UV spectrum, and the similarity analysis of different batches of pills was carried out, indicating that different batches of Zhubi Bei loquat drops Pills differ in their quality. Conclusion: This method lays the foundation for the rapid identification and quality control of Zhikukuanbei loquat drip pills.
