小斑病随着引入和推广了一些感病杂交种逐渐突出,成为我国玉米生产上的主要病害之一,此病可以通过抗病育种的途径加以解决。下面介绍我所自1973年以来几年的对抗小斑病的抗病鉴定、抗病性遗传规律方面的研究结果。 试验材料和方法 1973—1977年成株期抗病性鉴定共鉴定了自交系1073份,采用春播人工接种和夏播天然诱发的鉴定。按全国统一标准调查,每年均设抗(C103,525)、中(获白)、感(44,27)自交系为标准种,每材料种植7米行长。
With the introduction and promotion of small spot disease, some susceptible hybrids have gradually become prominent and become one of the major diseases in maize production in our country. The disease can be solved by means of disease-resistant breeding. The following is a brief introduction of my research on the resistance to small spot disease and the genetic law of disease resistance that I have been working on for several years since 1973. MATERIALS AND METHODS MATERIALS AND METHODS Identification of resistance to disease at adult plantations from 1973 to 1977 A total of 1073 inbred lines were identified and identified by spring seeding inoculation and natural seeding in summer seasons. According to the survey of national uniform standards, the annual average number of inbred lines (C103,525), medium (white), sense (44,27) inbred lines is standard, and each material is planted with a length of 7 meters.
