本文阐明计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)中一种新的数据模型,构造和表达一般性工艺规划进程.工艺规划数据模型包括产品模型和方法模型两个部分.产品模型表达产品在机械加工过程中的各个状态;方法模型描述对产品进行加工的工艺方法和操作顺序.在模型内,产品信息驱动方法模型,工艺方法对产品数据进行操作,产品、工艺方法、制造手段构成为有机的关联体.模型具有广泛的适应性,能表达一般机械产品的工艺规划,应用于CAD/CAPP/CAM系统中的数据共享,实现产品数据的集成.
This article clarifies a new data model in Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) to construct and express a general process planning process. Process planning data model includes product model and method model in two parts. The product model expresses the various states of the product in the machining process; the method model describes the process method and the operation sequence of the product. Within the model, the product information drives the method model, the process method operates on the product data, the product, the process method, and the manufacturing method form an organic relation body. The model has a wide range of adaptability, can express the process planning of general mechanical products, used in data sharing in CAD / CAPP / CAM system, and realize the integration of product data.
