目的　评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (excimer laser in situ keratom ileusis,L ASIK)治疗低中高度近视的效果。方法　用法国产 Moria板层角膜切割系统和美国 PDIScan- 195型准分子激光扫描切削仪对术前屈光度 (球镜等量 )平均为 - 8.6 8D± 3.84D(-2 .0 0～ - 2 3.0 0 D)的 81例 (15 6眼 )行 L ASIK,随访 6 mo以上。按屈光度分为 A(≤ - 6 .0 0 D47眼 )、B(- 6 .2 5～ - 10 .0 0 D6 5眼 )及 C(>- 10 .0 0 D44眼 ) 3组。术前平均屈光度 3组分别为 - 4.32 D± 1.0 6 D、- 8.0 6 D± 1.12 D和 - 14.2 6 D± 2 .96 D,术前平均裸眼视力分别为 0 .16± 0 .0 8、0 .10± 0 .0 6和 0 .0 8± 0 .0 5 ,平均矫正视力分别为 0 .98± 0 .18、0 .93± 0 .14和 0 .6 4±0 .2 2。结果　术后裸眼视力及屈光度约在 1～ 3mo趋于稳定。术后 6 mo平均裸眼视力 3组分别为 1.0 2± 0 .16、0 .94± 0 .17和 0 .6 7± 0 .2 1,均大于术前平均矫正视力。平均屈光度分别为- 0 .31D± 0 .33D、- 0 .32 D± 0 .5 6 D和 - 0 .71D± 1.2 2 D,其中在± 1.0 0 D以内者分别占10 0 %、93.85 %和 88.6 4% .结论　 L ASIK可安全有效地适用于低中高度近视的治疗 ,但必须重视角膜瓣并发症的预防和处理。 Objective To evaluate the effect of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (L ASIK) on low, medium and high myopia. Methods The average preoperative diopter (spherical equivalent) with the French-made Moria lamellar keratome cutting system and the United States PDIScan-195 excimer laser scanning machine averaged-8.68D ± 3.84D (-2.0 ~ -2.030 D) 81 cases (15 6 eyes) underwent L ASIK, followed up for more than 6 months. According to the diopter, the patients were divided into three groups: A (≤ -6. 0 0 D47 eyes), B (-6.52 - 10.00 D6 5 eyes) and C (> -10.0 0 D44 eyes). The average preoperative mean refraction in the three groups was - 4.32 D ± 1.0 6 D, - 8.0 6 D ± 1.12 D and - 14.2 6 D ± 2 .96 D, respectively. The average preoperative uncorrected visual acuity was 0.16 ± 0.08, 0 .10 ± 0 .0 6 and 0 .8 ± 0 .0 5, the average corrected visual acuity were 0.98 ± 0.18,0 .93 ± 0.14 and 0.64 ± 0.22. Results postoperative uncorrected visual acuity and refraction in about 1 ~ 3mo stabilized. The mean uncorrected visual acuity at 6 months postoperatively was 1.0 2 ± 0.16, 0.94 ± 0.17 and 0.667 ± 0.21, respectively, both of which were greater than the average corrected visual acuity before surgery. The mean diopters were -0.31D ± 0.33D, -0.32D ± 0.56D and -0.71D ± 1.2 2D, respectively, with those within ± 1.0 0D accounting for 10% and 93.85% respectively, And 88.6 4% respectively.Conclusion L ASIK can be safely and effectively applied to the treatment of low, medium and high myopia, but we must pay attention to the prevention and treatment of corneal flap complications.
