吸烟成瘾是指长期吸烟的人对烟草中所含主要物质尼古丁产生上瘾的状况。青少年吸烟已成为社会各界日益关注的问题。从心理学角度看使用干预疗法干预青少年吸烟行为成瘾行为的研究较少。本文从吸烟的现状、危害、成瘾、示范疗法等几个方面进行综述,并通过访谈法深入共情调查青少年吸烟成瘾发展现状,为学校遏制青少年吸烟成瘾行为提供有益科学依据。 Smoking addiction refers to long-term smokers nicotine addiction to the main substance contained in tobacco. Adolescent smoking has become a growing concern in the community. There are few studies on using intervention therapy to intervene the smoking behavior of teenagers from the perspective of psychology. This article reviews the current situation, harm, addiction, demonstration therapy and other aspects of smoking. Through the interviews, this article provides an in-depth and empathic investigation into the status quo of adolescent smoking development in adolescents and provides a scientific basis for schools to curb adolescent smoking and addiction behaviors.
