煤炭企业的安全事故大都是由于人的不安全行为造成的。目前,煤炭企业员工大致有四种类型:一是大中专、职业技术院校毕业的学生,二是劳务工,三是企业内部安置型员工,四是转业军人和招聘的其他专业技术人才。上述四种类型人员中以劳务工居多。很多煤炭企业都很注重对员工的技能培训,却很少重视他们思想素养的提升,规范行为的养成,存在顾此失彼的问题。因此,开展思想意识、行为规范、技能提升“三位一体”培训,提升员工思想素养,规范员工行为,成为煤炭企业培训工作的重点。
The safety accidents in coal enterprises are mostly caused by human unsafe behavior. At present, there are roughly four types of employees in the coal industry: one is students graduating from universities and technical secondary schools, vocational and technical institutions; the other is laborers; the third is internal resettlement employees; and the other is those recruiting military personnel and other professional and technical personnel recruited. The above four types of workers to labor more. Many coal enterprises pay great attention to the training of employees’ skills, but seldom pay attention to their ideological literacy promotion, normative behavior development, there are problems of neglecting each other. Therefore, to carry out ideological, behavioral norms, skills upgrading “Trinity ” training, improve staff ideological quality, regulate employee behavior, become the focus of the training of coal enterprises.
