淤地坝是水土保持拦挡工程之一,在控制水土流失,减少泥沙,淤地造田,保证当地群众生产需要,改善山区交通,退耕还林成果等方面都发挥着极为重要的作用。本文通过对榆阳区淤地坝现状分析研究,总结了淤地坝建设中存在的问题以及制约工程建设的瓶颈,从而提出解决淤地坝建设中的问题及对策,探索科学合理,持续有效的淤地坝建设之路,对确保全区农村经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。
Warping dams are one of the blocks for soil and water conservation and play an extremely important role in controlling soil and water loss, reducing sediment, silting fields, ensuring the production needs of the local masses, improving mountain transport and returning farmland to forests. Based on the analysis of the status quo of siltation dams in Yuyang District, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the construction of silt dams and the bottlenecks that restrict the construction of the dam, so as to solve the problems and countermeasures in the construction of siltation dams and explore scientific and rational, sustainable and effective The construction of silt dam has great significance in ensuring the sustainable development of rural economy and society in the region.
