檳榔 別名 賓門、仁頻、洗瘴丹、橄攬子、仁榔、檳榔孩、花大白、廣檳榔、花檳榔、尖檳榔、連檳榔、鷄心檳、棗兒檳、海南檳、梹郎、大腹檳榔、大腹子。科名 屬於棕欄科的常綠喬木;入藥用其種子。 產地 產於南方各省,及台灣、東印度諸島,菲律濱,檳榔嶼等地。品類及規格藥市有大腹梹榔,及棗子梹榔兩種,以大腹檳榔功效較佳。性狀 本品形球圓或卵圓,長寸多,直徑約五分,外面色灰褐,内堅實色白,雜有紅色紋理。大腹檳榔,形扁圓,棗子梹榔粒小兩端尖,形如棗核。味濇而有收斂性。

Characters This product is shaped like a round or oval ball, long and many inches in diameter, about five minutes in diameter, grayish-brown outside, solid white, and red texture.
