为了将串口通讯技术应用于洗衣机电脑板功能检测中提高电脑板检测的准确性与效率。设计了基于串口通讯的电脑板自检系统的下位机软件编程,并利用LabVIEW编写了系统的上位机通讯软件。通过将电脑板安装在检测平台上,下位机控制负载动作和数码管(LED)显示并将相应的信息通过串口通讯上传至上位机端,上位机分析并解析数据包,实现了对电脑板性能优劣的全自动化检测。测试表明,串口通讯技术可快速、稳定的检测电脑板性能。
