转Bt基因水稻(Oryza sativa)是目前主要的食物来源。传统的转基因生物安全评价很少关注肠道健康,而有关转Bt基因水稻的更多研究是涉及消除公众就其对人类健康潜在影响的疑虑。消化道是机体与外界相通的重要器官,每天由口而入的各种食物都需经过胃肠道的消化吸收代谢,与此同时也给胃肠道带来物理、化学和微生物的侵害。因其微生物的种类含量较多,故被称作是机体第二大代谢场所,因此肠道健康可以反映机体的健康状态。对转基因生物进行肠道健康评价可以为转基因生物的安全性提供了有力保证。近期中国农业大学食品学院与营养工程学院黄昆仑教授和许文涛副教授教研组发表了
Transgenic Bt rice (Oryza sativa) is currently the main source of food. Traditional GMO safety evaluations focus very little on gut health, whereas more research on transgenic Bt rice involves dispelling public concerns about its potential impact on human health. The digestive tract is an important organ that communicates with the outside world. Every day, all kinds of food that enters the mouth undergoes gastrointestinal digestion and metabolism, meanwhile, it also brings physical, chemical and microbiological attacks on the gastrointestinal tract. Because of its variety of micro-organisms content, it is called the body’s second largest metabolic sites, so intestinal health can reflect the health status of the body.
