本文从分析目前录音磁头所常用的两类铁芯材料各自优缺点出发,介绍了新型非晶态材料的特性,并指出了非晶态软磁材料用作磁头铁芯的优点:材料无晶粒,亦没有磁晶各向异性;电阻率较大而且容易制成薄带材;具有突出的高硬度。通过对国内新试制的非晶态材料 Fe_4Co_(66)V_2Si_8B_(20)的磁头试验,介绍了非晶态磁头的一些技术性能。最后为应用和推广非晶态磁头,讨论了某些传统的磁头工艺必须注意的问题及目前非品态材料应进一步研究和改善的方面。
Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of core materials commonly used in recording heads, this paper introduces the characteristics of new amorphous materials and points out the advantages of using amorphous soft magnetic materials as head iron core. , There is no magnetocrystalline anisotropy; resistivity and easy to make thin strips; with outstanding high hardness. Some technical performance of amorphous magnetic head is introduced through the magnetic head test of Fe_4Co_ (66) V_2Si_8B_ (20), a new amorphous material in China. Finally, in order to apply and popularize the amorphous magnetic head, the problems that must be paid attention to in some traditional magnetic heads are discussed, and the non-state materials should be further studied and improved.
