集材—50拖拉机是当前我国森林伐区集运作业的主要设备。J—50支重轮是负载和行驶的主要部件。20多年来,J—50支重轮断裂失效严重,给木材生产带来较多的损失,因此,对J—50支重轮进行断裂失效分析和研制新型支重轮,是林业生产中急待解决的问题。 本研究首先对J—50支重轮的材料,工况断裂形式和状况进行了实地调查;接着进行了静、动应力测试;分析了断裂失效的主要原因;研制了J—50x—2支重轮;进行了静、动应力的测试分析;投效伐区进行生产试验。伐区生产试验表明:支重轮提高使用寿命三倍以上,具有明显的社会和经济效益。
Skidding -50 tractor is currently the main operation of our country forest cutting operation equipment. J-50 roller is the main load and travel components. For more than 20 years, the failure of J-50 roller sheave has been serious, which brings more losses to the wood production. Therefore, the failure analysis of the J-50 roller and the development of a new type of roller are urgent problems in forestry production solved problem. In this study, we first conducted a field survey on the material and working condition fracture forms and conditions of the J-50 roller wheel, followed by static and dynamic stress tests, analyzed the main causes of fracture failure, and developed the J-50x-2 weight Round; carried out static and dynamic stress test analysis; cast cutting area for production test. Cutting production test shows that: Roller increased service life more than three times, with significant social and economic benefits.
