外商投资企业基本状况泉州市是著名侨乡,目前批准成立的外商投资企业653户,已开业经营的450户,预计今年可完成产值8亿元,出口创汇8千万美元。对外税收也从无到有,从小到大,1988年收入1250万元。89年超过1900万元。外商投资企业的基本状况是: 一、规模小。投资总额仅15.25亿元,平均每户254万元,其中投资在一千万元以上的只占3.8％,100万元以下的占57.2％。二、外来投资者基本上都是侨、台、港澳同胞(以下简称三胞)。大部份名为中外合营企业,实为私营企业。中方为乡镇、街道企业的中外合营企业,绝大部份由三胞在国内的亲属
