抗凝和溶栓治疗在血栓性疾病中被广泛应用,临床上常用抗凝药、抗血小板药和降纤药作为预防血栓形成(抗凝治疗)和溶解血栓(溶栓治疗)的药物。但是,若这些药物应用过量,会造成出血并发症;若用量不足则达不到预期效果。现就目前抗凝和溶栓治疗的实验室监测指标作一综述。
Anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy are widely used in thrombotic diseases. Commonly used anticoagulants, antiplatelets and antifibers are clinically used as agents for preventing thrombosis (anticoagulant therapy) and thrombolytic therapy (thrombolytic therapy). However, if these drugs are used in excessive amounts, bleeding complications may result; if the dosage is insufficient, the expected effect will not be achieved. Now on the current anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy laboratory monitoring indicators are reviewed.
