目的探讨大肠癌mdrl基因与肿瘤生物学行为的关系及mdrl基因表达分级标准制定的临床意义。方法采用RTPCR方法检测了65例大肠腺癌患者肿瘤组织中mdrl基因表达水平并进行程度分级。结果mdrl基因表达水平与大胸腺癌分化程度相关,但与肿瘤侵袭程度、淋巴结转移程度及远处转移与否无关。结论用mdrl/β2-MG可较准确表示肿瘤标本中mdrl的相对含量:mdrl的表达水平与肿瘤恶性程度有关,而与其发展过程无关。mdrl基因表过程度的分级对大肠癌患者个体化化疗有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between mdrl gene in colorectal cancer and the biological behavior of tumor and the clinical significance of mdrl gene expression and grading standards. Methods RTPCR was used to detect the expression of mdrl gene in 65 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and to determine the level of mdrl gene expression. Results The expression level of mdrl gene was correlated with the degree of differentiation of large thymoma, but not with the degree of invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Conclusion mdrl / β2-MG can accurately represent the relative content of mdrl in tumor samples. The expression level of mdrl is related to the degree of tumor malignancy but not to its development. Classification of mdrl gene expression in patients with colorectal cancer individualized chemotherapy has guiding significance.
