以感黄瓜枯萎病的病株为试材,采用组织分离法对其病原菌进行分离和形态观察;采用生长速率法,研究测定了12种化学药剂对黄瓜枯萎病菌的毒力;并通过盆栽试验测定了室内抑制效果较好的7种化学药剂对黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果。结果表明:经鉴定,感黄瓜枯萎病病菌为尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum);抑菌效果最好的是36%噁霉·福美双可湿性粉剂1 000倍液,抑制率为93.92%,其次是10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂1 500倍液、62.5%精甲·咯菌腈悬浮剂1 500倍液和99%恶霉灵粉剂3 000倍液,抑制率分别为85.48%、81.20%和80.45%;80%嘧霉胺水分散粒剂1 500倍液、99%恶霉灵粉剂3 000倍液和32.5%苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂1 500倍液对黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果为79.48%~93.61%,可作为土壤处理剂防治黄瓜枯萎病,而且对黄瓜安全无害,具有较好的应用前景。
