本文探讨了采用金属型铸造、在铸态下获得屈氏体高铬铸铁磨球的可能性;说明了屈氏体磨球化学成分的选择原则、金相组织和机械性能的特点。试验证明,金属型铸造屈氏体高铬铸铁磨球的综合机械性能良好、耐磨、球耗量低(50—90克/吨水泥),一般比40Cr球的耐磨性高2倍左右,是普通锻钢球的10倍以上。应用发现,该种磨球基本无碎裂或剥皮现象发生。与淬火球相比,由于省去了高温热处理工艺,可明显省能减耗,因而在市场上具有优势。
This article explores the possibility of obtaining the high-chrome cast iron troostite cast-iron under the condition of as-cast metal casting.
