以潍县青萝卜种子为材料,用不同浓度的NaCl溶液胁迫处理萌发期的萝卜种子,研究NaCl胁迫对潍县萝卜种子发芽及胚生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度的NaCl对潍县萝卜种子的萌发有促进作用,而高浓度的NaCl抑制种子的萌发。0.1%、0.2%NaCl胁迫促进潍县萝卜种子萌发,1.0%NaCl胁迫下潍县萝卜种子发芽势显著低于对照,1.5%NaCl胁迫下潍县萝卜种子发芽率显著低于对照,0.2%NaCl胁迫下潍县萝卜种子胚根+下胚轴总长显著降低,0.5%NaCl胁迫下潍县萝卜种子胚鲜重显著降低。
Taking the radish seed of Weixian as raw material, the seeds of radish in germination stage were treated with different concentrations of NaCl solution to study the effects of NaCl stress on the seed germination and embryo growth of radish in Wei county. The results showed that low concentration of NaCl promoted seed germination of radish in Weixian, while high concentration of NaCl inhibited seed germination. 0.1% and 0.2% NaCl promoted the seed germination of radish in Weixian County. The seed germination potential of radish in Weixian County was significantly lower than that of the control under 1.0% NaCl stress. The seed germination rate of radish in Weixian under 1.5% NaCl stress was significantly lower than that of the control The total length of radicle seeds + hypocotyls of radish seeds in Weixian County decreased significantly, and the fresh weight of radish seeds in Weixian County decreased significantly under 0.5% NaCl stress.
