针对现有绳索取芯绞车存在的问题,设计了一种排绳均匀、结构紧凑、可重钩下放的高效节能新型绞车,针对深孔绳索取芯钻进工艺需求及绞车结构特点,构建了绞车钢丝带取芯钻具自由下放过程的力学模型,确定了绞车重钩自由下落过程的测控方法,给出了考虑孔内钻井液阻尼影响的重钩下落最优制动时间点的计算方法。样机实验表明:本产品自动化程度高,排绳效果好,取芯钻具下放过程无需电机驱动,节能高效,制动过程实现了柔性化。产品可广泛应用于地质勘探、矿山开采和海洋科考等领域。
Aiming at the existing problems of existing winch winch, a new type of winch with high efficiency and energy saving which is uniform in ropes, compact in structure and can be released with heavy hooks is designed. According to the requirement of deep hole rope coring drilling and the structural characteristics of winch, The mechanics model of the process of free-fall of the steel cord coring drilling tool was established. The measuring and controlling method of the free falling process of the heavy hook of the winch was determined. The calculation method of optimal braking time of the heavy hook was given considering the damping effect of drilling fluid in the hole. The prototype experiments show that this product has a high degree of automation and a good effect on the ropes. The coring drilling process does not need to be driven by a motor, so energy saving and high efficiency are achieved. The brake process is flexible. Products can be widely used in geological exploration, mining and marine scientific research and other fields.
