平面度是限制实际平面对理想平面变动量的一种形状公差。测量平面度主要采用测量微小角度的电子水平仪、自准直仪等来实现。把电子水平仪(或自准直仪的反射镜)固定在桥上,将桥板按跨距前后相接,从一端移至另一端,每移动一个跨距从仪器上记取该位置读数(格数),通过计算得到各个截面的直线数据,然后把各线段组成平面,根据最小条件评定准则,通过旋转和平移,进行数据处理,得出最小条件平面度。
Flatness is a form of tolerance that limits the actual plane to ideal plane variation. The measurement of flatness is mainly used to measure the small angle of the electronic level, self-collimator and so on. Fix the electronic level (or self-collimator mirror) on the bridge, connect the bridge to the front and back of the span, move from one end to the other, and take a reading of the position (number of cells ). By calculating the straight line data of each section, the line segments are then grouped into planes. According to the criterion of minimum condition evaluation, the data are processed by rotation and translation to obtain the minimum condition flatness.
