对大多数长期从事产品营销的业务人员来说,由于工作需要而一直出差在外已经是习以为常。在正常情况下, 业务员平均每月大约出差时间为25天, 可谓时间紧,任务重。要想在有效的时间内作出更好的成绩,业务员就要对自己的差旅时间进行有效管理。一般情况下,大概可以将每月出差时间分为三个阶段来管理,即1日至15日为激情期, 16日至20日为动荡期,21日至25日为浮躁期。
For most business people who have long been engaged in product marketing, it has become commonplace to travel on business because of the need for work. Under normal circumstances, the salesman on average about 25 days a year travel time can be described as tight time, heavy task. In order to make better results in an effective time, the clerk will have to manage their travel time effectively. Under normal circumstances, probably the monthly business trip can be divided into three phases to manage, that is, 1 to 15 days for the passion period, 16 to 20 days for the turmoil, 21 to 25 for the impetuous period.
