文章旨在探讨和构建检索语言的可用性评价及其指标。通过调研现有检索语言评价和可用性相关的研究,发现目前检索语言评价研究比较分散,过于强调检索效果,并依附于检索系统评价。根据检索语言和可用性评价的特点,初步构建了检索语言的可用性评价指标体系,然后运用专家调查法对该指标体系进行优化完善,利用Matlab进行层次分析以确定各指标的权重。研究结果有利于检索语言在网络环境下更好地发挥其功能,提升效率和用户满意度。
The article aims to explore and construct the usability evaluation of search language and its indicators. By investigating the existing retrieval language evaluation and usability related research, we find that the current research on retrieval language evaluation is relatively fragmented, too much emphasis on the retrieval effect, and attached to the retrieval system evaluation. According to the characteristics of retrieval language and usability evaluation, the usability evaluation index system of retrieval language was preliminarily constructed. Then the expert system was used to optimize and perfect the index system, and the level of each index was determined by using Matlab. The result of the study is conducive to the retrieval language to better play its function in the network environment, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
