采用薄层扫描法测定了裂叶星果草根茎、须根及全草中盐酸药根碱与盐酸巴马汀的含量。测定结果表明,裂叶星果草以根茎中两种成分的含量为最高,须根次之,全草最低。 The contents of jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in the roots, fibrous roots, and whole plants of P. trilobata were determined by thin-layer scanning. The results showed that the content of the two components in the rhizome was the highest, followed by the fibrous root and the lowest in the whole plant.
