【目的】筛选对致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)抑菌活性高的杀菌剂氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯的最佳混配比例,将其加工成悬浮剂(suspension concentrate,SC)并确定其在田间对马铃薯晚疫病的防治效果。【方法】采用叶盘法测定氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯的不同配比混合物对致病疫霉的毒力并根据Wadley公式计算增效系数,选择具有增效作用的混配组合;采用流点法、黏度曲线法确定润湿分散剂,通过“湿法”研磨工艺加工不同助剂含量的样品,调节样品的流变学特性,逐步优化配方;确定最终配方后,采用“湿法”研磨工艺加工悬浮剂样品,测定其对马铃薯晚疫病的田间防治效果。【结果】氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯以10﹕1和1﹕4混合时对致病疫霉毒力表现增效,增效系数分别为1.56和1.66;40%氟菌.唑醚悬浮剂的最佳配方为:氟吡菌胺≥8%、吡唑醚菌酯≥32%、1%Terwet1004、2%Tersperse2700、2%Morwet D425、0.5%硅酸镁铝、4%乙二醇、3%SAG630、水≤47.5%;在用量为480、360、288 g a.i./hm2时,40%氟菌.唑醚悬浮剂对马铃薯晚疫病的田间防治效果分别为94.38%、92.20%、88.22%。【结论】氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯混配使用对致病疫霉具有不同程度的毒力增效作用;按照选定的配方加工成的40%氟菌.唑醚悬浮剂样品粒径小,悬浮率高,贮存稳定,在田间条件下对马铃薯晚疫病有优异的防治效果。
