信息技术的发展日新月异,现代的电话、手机、传真和电子邮件等新媒体逐渐替代了报务员这一传统职业,目前仅在海洋石油海上平台、海洋终端、远洋货轮等特殊行业内有部分人员从事这一工作。为了充分盘活人力资源,加快单一技能员工的职业转型,近年来,信科公司在海上报务员技术转型模式上大胆改革、不断创新,取得不错的成效。本文围绕信科公司的工作思路和主要做法展开探讨和分析,并对企业如何成功实现低端岗位人才的职业转型进行思考和建议。
