本文通过对金刚石锯片中磨粒的实际破坏形态观察发现 ,金刚石表面镀Ti后各破坏形态所占比例发生变化 ,脱落率降低 ,由原来的 5 5 %左右降到 10 % ,而有效参与切割过程的金刚石完好率和小块破碎率相应增加 ,使工具的寿命和使用效率较未镀Ti金刚石工具大幅度提高。为金刚石的合理选用、提高工具的效率和使用寿命提供可靠的理论和实际依据。
In this paper, through the observation of the actual damage morphology of the abrasive grains in the diamond saw blade, it is found that the proportion of each damaged form of the diamond surface after Ti plating changes, the falling rate is reduced from about 5 5% to 10%, effectively participating in the cutting The diamond intact rate and the fragmentation rate of the process are correspondingly increased, which makes the service life and service efficiency of the tool greatly increased compared with the un-coated Ti diamond tools. For the reasonable selection of diamonds to improve the efficiency and service life of tools to provide a reliable theoretical and practical basis.
