目的:探讨树突状细胞1型(DC1)存骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)发病中的作用。方法:以正常人和重型再生障碍性贫轿.(SAA)为埘照,用流式细胞仪检测 MDS、SAA 骨髓中 Th1细胞数、DC1亚群-CD11_+CD1~a~+细胞、CD11_~+CD83~+细胞数量及比例改变;评价 CD11_+CD83~+细胞与 Th1细胞、网织红细胞(Ret)、中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC)的相关性。结果:与正常人比较,MDS 患者 Th1细胞及 DC1亚群均未见增高(P<0.05),CD11_+CD83~+细胞与 Th1细胞、ANC 无显著相关性(P>0.05).但与 Ret 呈正相关(P<0.05)。SAA 的 Th1细胞、CD11_+CD1_a~+细胞、CD11_+CD83~+细胞、CD11_+CD83~+细胞/CD11_+CD1_a~+细胞均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。SAA 患者 CD11_+CD83~+细胞数与 Th1细胞呈正相关(P<0.01),与 Ret、ANC 均呈负相关(P<0.01)MDS 的 CD11_+CD1_a~+细胞、CD11_+CD83~+细胞、CD11_+CD83~+细胞/CD1_a~+CD11_+细胞均低于 SAA(P<0.01)。结论:MDS 患者 DC1亚群处于相对静息状态.但激活 DC1可能有助于 MDS 造血恢复。MDS 和 SAA 的免疫发病机制可能不同。
Objective: To investigate the role of dendritic cell type 1 (DC1) in the pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Methods: The normal adult and severe aplastic anemia (SAA) were taken as control group. The numbers of Th1 cells, CD11 + CD1 + cells, CD11 + + CD83 ~ + cell number and proportion of changes; evaluation CD11_ + CD83 ~ + cells and Th1 cells, reticulocyte (Ret), neutrophil absolute value (ANC) correlation. Results: Compared with normal controls, there was no significant increase in Th1 cells and DC1 subsets in MDS patients (P <0.05), but there was no significant correlation between CD11 + CD83 + cells and Th1 cells and ANC (P> 0.05) Related (P <0.05). The levels of CD11 + CD83 + cells, CD11 + CD83 + cells, CD11 + CD1 + cells in Th1 cells, CD11 + CD1 + cells, CD11 + CD83 + cells in SAA group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). The number of CD11 + CD83 + cells in SAA patients was positively correlated with Th1 cells (P <0.01) and negatively correlated with Ret and ANC (P <0.01). The CD11 + CD1 + cells, CD11 + CD83 + cells, + CD83 ~ + cells / CD1_a ~ + CD11_ + cells were lower than SAA (P <0.01). Conclusion: The DC1 subpopulation of MDS patients is at a relative resting status, but activation of DC1 may be helpful for the recovery of MDS hematopoiesis. The immune pathogenesis of MDS and SAA may be different.
