临床医师是医院人才构成的主体。对临床医师进行公正、客观、科学合理的考核评价,是医院人才管理的重要内容。应用较科学的考核评价指标体系进行考评,是调动广大临床医师积极性,提高临床医师综合素质的有效手段。现将我们的做法简要介绍如下:
