2012年4月在昆明市东川区小江干热河谷新银合欢林内设置5块样地对银合欢豆象幼虫进行调查。采用多个聚集度指标和回归分析法,对银合欢豆象幼虫空间分布型进行测定,结果表明:各项指标及回归模型均判定其空间分布型为聚集分布;“聚集均数”法分析表明其聚集原因可能是由于昆虫本身的聚集行为与环境因子共同作用所致。同时,进行了植株不同方位间虫口密度差异显著性检验,建立了序贯抽样模型和理论抽样数公式。
In April 2012, five plots were set up in the New Silver Acacia forest in the Xiaojiang dry-hot valley, Dongchuan District, Kunming. The spatial distribution patterns of the larvae of Acacia latifolia were determined by using multiple clustering index and regression analysis. The results showed that the spatial distribution patterns of the larvae were clustered according to the indexes and regression models. Analysis showed that the aggregation may be due to the aggregation behavior of insects and environmental factors together. At the same time, the significant difference of density between different orientations of plants was tested, and the formula of sequential sampling model and theoretical sampling number was established.
