从宏观和微观两个方面入手,进行了传统评价指标的选定,并根据百度地图API所采集数据的特点,创新性地设计了与之相适应的平均通畅程度和商圈集中度两个评价指标,确定了其相应的评价标准。利用层次分析法确定了评价体系中各个指标的权重,并进行了一致性验证以确保评价体系的合理性和正确性,最终形成了多指标综合评价模型。通过对昆明市学府路单行道的实例分析对比分析了数据,证明了本文所提出的评价模型具有较强的实用性和可靠性。
According to the characteristics of the data collected by Baidu Map API, this paper designs two kinds of evaluation of the average smoothness and the concentration of business district according to the macro and micro aspects. Indicators, determine the corresponding evaluation criteria. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has determined the weight of each index in the evaluation system and verified the consistency of the index to ensure the rationality and correctness of the evaluation system. Finally, a multi-index comprehensive evaluation model has been formed. Through the case analysis of one-way road in Xuefu Road, Kunming, the data are compared and analyzed, which proves that the evaluation model proposed in this paper has strong practicability and reliability.
