德国高等职业教育教师队伍建设的启示

高等职业教育要想有大的发展,教师队伍建设是关键,本文总结分析了德国高职教师的状况及培养模式:德国的高职教师任职资格要求较高;教师专业发展规范,教师在职培训严格;聘用大量兼职教师。借鉴德国成功经验,提出我国高职教师队伍建设应重新核定教师编制、研究制定高职教师入职标准,制定专门针对高职教师的职称评审标准和体系,建立教师培训机制,培养教师产学研合作的能力,健全兼职教师机制等,使我国高职高职教师教队伍更快、更健康的发展。 In order to have great development in higher vocational education, the construction of teaching staff is the key. This paper summarizes the status and training mode of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Germany.
