本文主要介绍了可适应严寒地区应用的MSU-F型预热式绞车的结构,它由操作室、滚筒和电缆测量装置等三部分组成。简述了绞车的工作特点:指出了油压达25kgf/cm~2以上,水温达到60℃以上时,才允许开动绞车;当需要换档时,必须先制动,严禁在电缆运动时换档;除紧急情况外,严禁使用紧急制动器。最后叙述了它的运行过程及其在测井过程中必须注意的事项。
This article mainly introduces the structure of the MSU-F preheating winch that can be used in the cold area. It consists of three parts: operation room, drum and cable measuring device. The working characteristics of the winch are briefly described. It is pointed out that when the oil pressure reaches 25kgf / cm ~ 2 or above, the winch is allowed to start when the water temperature reaches above 60 ℃.
