一、问题提出 广州港在用的3台轮胎龙门式起重机(下面简称“龙门吊”)自1983年投产至今,由于长时间的使用,其小车驱动齿条已出现齿面偏磨严重、啮合间隙超标等情况,以致这3台龙门吊的运行小车在日常的装卸作业中均不同程度地存在跑偏、并因跑偏而经常出现运行冲击噪音大、压坏水平定位轮装置等故障。这严重地影响了码头装卸效率及生产进度,也大大增加了这些设备的维护成本并打乱了码头的生产计划,因此,必须有针对性地进行更换改造,才能适应码头装卸业务大增长的需要。
