社会情报学的缘起去年,《情报科学》举办了一个很有趣的征文《假如没有情报工作》,许多从事情报工作的同志纷纷应征,他们在文章中论证,无论是过去,还是现在,都不能没有情报工作,至于将来则更是情报工作的兴旺时期。文章中所举的事例使人信服,情报工作,大至对于促进一个社会的生产力,小至一项科学研究都有着不可替代的作用。我注意到,在那些成功的例子中,情报工作者都是迅速、及时、准确,充分地满足了用户的需要,因而使实际工作取得了巨大的成绩。
The Origins of Social Intelligence Last year, “Information Science” held a very interesting essay, “If there is no intelligence work,” many comrades engaged in intelligence work have to apply, they argue in the article, whether in the past or the present, can not do without Intelligence work, but in the future it is even more a booming period for intelligence work. The examples cited in the article convince people that intelligence work is of an irreplaceable role in promoting the productivity of a society and in scientific research. I noticed that in those successful cases, intelligence workers quickly, timely, accurately and fully satisfied the needs of users, thus making great achievements in practical work.
