目的:探讨护士分层分组管理在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法:医院骨科自2015年3月起对护士实施分层分组管理,采用满意度量表和工作评价表对实施前后各项护理工作质量进行评价。结果:实施分层分组管理后,专业技术考试、危重患者护理措施、基础护理及消毒隔离合格率分别达到100.00%、97.47%、95.45%和100.00%,明显高于实施前(P<0.05);患者对操作技术、服务态度、健康教育及基础护理的满意度均得到明显提高,护理人员对工作及岗位薪酬满意度也明显提高,医生对护士的评价和护理人员工作胜任度亦明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:护士分层分组管理用于骨科护理,有利于提高护理质量,改善护患关系,是一种科学的管理模式。
Objective: To discuss the effect of stratified group management of nurses in orthopedic nursing. Methods: The hospital orthopedic department conducted stratified group management of nurses since March 2015, and evaluated the quality of various nursing work before and after implementation by using the satisfaction scale and job evaluation form. Results: After the implementation of stratified group management, the passing rate of professional technical examination, nursing care of critically ill patients, basic nursing and disinfection and isolation reached 100.00%, 97.47%, 95.45% and 100.00%, respectively, significantly higher than those before implementation (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction with operating skills, service attitude, health education and basic nursing were significantly improved, nursing staff satisfaction with work and post pay also significantly increased, and doctors’ evaluation of nurses and nursing staff also significantly improved their job competency (P <0.05). Conclusion: The nurses’ stratified group management is a scientific management mode that is used to improve the quality of nursing care and improve the nurse-patient relationship.
