Human beings rely on food to sustain their lives, but sometimes they can get sick if they are not properly eaten. The most dangerous thing is food poisoning. Food poisoning can be caused by eating poisonous plants, poisonous animals and food contaminated by bacteria and molds. Among them, bacterial food poisoning is the most common and most dangerous disease. The main enemy of bacterial food poisoning are the “four killers.” Salmonella can be described as the first of four killers. The bacteria are widely distributed, often lurking in cold storage of meat, dead livestock and poultry, eggs and aquatic products
