为了更好地实现高职法律专业人才培养目标,文章提出改革传统的课堂教学组织模式,以体系构成、情景演练和个性发展三个方面为中心来重构法律专业课堂教学模式,最终形成教学方法立体多元化、教学内容模块类型化、教学过程动态系统化的高职法律专业课程组织模式。
