Social media empowerment is a research hotspot in recent years, but the external empowerment empowerment model is seldom discussed. As one of the two main modes of empowerment, external intervention is of great value to those disadvantaged groups who are incapable and involuntarily empowered. Taking two social empowerment projects in the Pearl River Delta promoting the new generation of migrant workers as the research objects, we track and compare their two-year empowerment process and effectiveness, and present how the external forces intervene in reality and how they are affected by social structural forces Shape, comment on the results and causes of their empowerment. Based on this, the author summarizes the gains and losses of the external force involvement in this issue and hopes to have some experience in developing the local practice of communication theory.
