黄石地区工程地质条件复杂,旧市区多为杂填土地基,新市区大部分原为湖塘,主要为强度不高的淤质粘土。近几年来,为了节约用地,房屋建筑向空间发展,新建房屋层数逐年增高,有些工程的基础直接砌置在天然地基上,已不能满足地基强度及变形要求。桩基越来越广泛地被应用于基础设计。如何正确的选择桩型,设计桩基时做到经济合理,安全可靠,最大限度地降低基础处理费用,提高基本建设投资效果,作为一个重要课题已引起建筑工程设计人员和建筑技术经济人员的关注。本文试图用工程实例的比较和建筑技术经济分析的方法,将沉管灌注桩和人工挖孔桩作一技术经济指标统计。
The engineering geological conditions in Huangshi area are complex. The old urban areas are mostly miscellaneous landfills. Most of the new urban areas were originally lake ponds, and are mainly silt clays with low strength. In recent years, in order to save land, housing construction has developed into a space, and the number of newly-built houses has been increasing year by year. Some projects have their foundations laid directly on natural foundations and cannot meet the requirements for foundation strength and deformation. Pile foundations are more and more widely used in basic design. How to correctly select the pile type, design the pile foundation to be economically reasonable, safe and reliable, minimize the cost of the basic treatment, and improve the investment effect of the capital construction, has attracted the attention of the architectural engineering design personnel and construction technical and economic personnel as an important topic. . This article attempts to use a comparison of engineering examples and methods of economic analysis of construction technology to make sewer cast-in-place piles and manual digging piles a statistic for technical and economic indicators.
