回弹直接影响冲压件成形质量与尺寸精度,运用CAE分析软件Dynaform对某轿车顶盖的冲压成形及回弹进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,拉延筋的设置对汽车顶盖成形质量有重要的影响,通过设置变拉延筋,使回弹最严重的区域回弹量减少了40.73%。利用SCP下的回弹补偿功能对该顶盖进行了三次回弹补偿优化,通过补偿后偏差比较发现,回弹量有效地控制在2 mm以内;回弹问题得到进一步控制,获得了较理想的成形结果,并通过实际试模验证了其准确性及实用性,缩短了模具开发周期。
The rebound directly affects the forming quality and dimensional accuracy of the stamping parts. The CAE analysis software Dynaform is used to simulate the stamping and rebounding of a car roof. The simulation results show that the setting of the drawbead has an important influence on the forming quality of the vehicle roof. By setting the drawbead, the springback in the area with the highest rebound is reduced by 40.73%. The recoil compensation was optimized by using the springback compensation function under SCP. The springback compensation was controlled within 2 mm by the comparison of the post-compensation deviations. The springback problem was further controlled and the ideal Forming results, and through the actual test to verify its accuracy and practicality, shorten the mold development cycle.
