随着他汀类药物的多效性或降脂外作用被广泛研究,小G蛋白在心血管疾病中的作用越来越来受到关注。小G蛋白在调节血管内皮细胞功能、炎症细胞浸润和平滑肌细胞收缩、迁移、增殖以及基因表达等过程发挥重要作用,越来越多证据表明小G蛋白在动脉粥样硬化/再狭窄、血管痉挛、缺血再灌注损伤、肺动脉高压以及心肌肥厚等过程中扮演重要角色,靶向干预小G蛋白例如他汀或法舒地尔等为治疗这些心血管疾病提供一个新策略,现就小G蛋白与动脉粥样硬化的关系作一综述。
With the pleiotropic or lipid-lowering effect of statins widely studied, the role of small G proteins in cardiovascular disease is gaining more and more attention. Small G proteins play an important role in the regulation of vascular endothelial cell function, inflammatory cell infiltration and smooth muscle cell contraction, migration, proliferation and gene expression, and more and more evidences show that small G proteins play an important role in atherosclerosis / restenosis and vasospasm , Ischemia-reperfusion injury, pulmonary hypertension and cardiac hypertrophy, targeting small G proteins such as statin or fasudil provide a new strategy for the treatment of these cardiovascular diseases. Atherosclerosis are reviewed.
