长办起草的可行性研究报告的几个主要部分特别是与地方密切相关的问题,看得细点。总的来讲,我认为这份报告写得是好的,反映了14个专题的基本结论。报告对兴建三峡大坝论证的主要情况、技术环节、经济评价等,基本讲清楚了。我作为三峡大坝和库区所在地的政府工作人员,同意论证中推荐的“一级开发,一次建成,分期蓄水,连续移民”的建设方案(坝高185米,正常蓄水175米,初期蓄水156米)。报告中讲的工程资料基本可靠,前期工作比较充分,规划勘测设计和科学试验成果也比较坚实。这个报告的主要结论符合14个专题的
The main parts of the feasibility study drafted by the DPRK, especially those closely related to the localities, can be seen in detail. In general, I think the report is well written and reflects the basic conclusions of the 14 thematic issues. Report on the construction of the Three Gorges Dam demonstration of the main situation, technical aspects, economic evaluation, basically made it clear. As the government staff member of the Three Gorges Dam and the reservoir area, I agree with the construction proposal of “one-stage development, one-time construction, phased water storage and continuous resettlement” recommended in the demonstration (185 meters high, 175 meters normal water storage, Water 156 meters). The project report contained in the report is basically reliable, preliminary work is more adequate, and the results of planning, survey and design and scientific experiments are also relatively solid. The main conclusions of this report fit 14 topics
