提出一种用修磨轮双自由度精化圆柱蜗杆的新方法,运用空间啮合原理对该方法进行了理论分析,推导出若干啮合分析方程式,从理论上验证并得出了用渐开线齿轮形修磨轮可精化出渐开线圆柱蜗杆的结论.通过对修磨轮齿形的特殊设计与制造,还可精化其它齿形的圆柱蜗杆,且效率高、成本低.
A new method to refine cylinder worm with two degrees of freedom grinding wheels is proposed. The method is theoretically analyzed by using space meshing principle.
